Vibe Therapy Orbito Silicone Waterproof G-Spot Vibrator Review

Thanks to Simply Pleasure for providing this vibrator to me free of charge for my unbiased review!

If you’re looking for a vibrator a little different to the norm, something definitely not traditional and in no way phallic, the Vibe Therapy Orbito vibrator may be the perfect sex toy for you.

Vibe Therapy Sex Toys

This silicone, purple coloured vibrator is part of the Vibe Therapy sex toys range. This collection comprises of many different types of vibrating sex toys as well as some dildos, all made from medical grade silicone. The Vibe Therapy Orbito, like the majority of the Vibe Therapy range, is also waterproof so you can enjoy it in the bath or shower, as well as in your bedroom.

The packaging matches the rest of the range with the Vibe Therapy logo and a transparent front so you can see the Orbito vibrator clearly, held securely in the plastic moulded insert. On the back of the pack you can read all about your new sex toy, from the materials and style to the vibrating functions and the batteries it needs.

The Vibe Therapy Orbito requires 2 AAA batteries to function, which are not included. These are inserted into the battery compartment within the handle, where you just remove the ABS plastic cover and insert them as directed. Replace the cover and you’re ready to go.

I don’t really know what I was expecting from this sex toy. It’s not penis shaped (although women don’t need a penis shaped vibrator or sex toy, don’t you know) and it isn’t smooth or wavy. In fact, it’s like love eggs… with a handle. Quite odd.

Nevertheless, I gave it a go. As it’s made with silicone I had to use water based sex lubricant so the material wouldn’t be damaged. Although it’s unlikely the full length of the Orbito would be irretrievably sucked into your anal passage, it’s obviously intended for vaginal use and stimulation, or external stimulation.

The Vibe Therapy Orbito is easy to hold, navigate and manoeuvre into your body, thanks to the rounded, comfortable handle. The mixture of silicone and ABS plastic guards against it slipping out of your hand due to lubricant or natural arousal.

If you love vaginal and G-spot stimulation, the Vibe Therapy will suit you perfectly. The vibrations seem to swirl inside you, while leaving the labia and clitoral areas free for other stimulation. There are two motors in the Orbito, one in each of the spheres.

I personally like as many different types of stimulation as possible during masturbation or sexual activity, so I found the Vibe Therapy Orbito to be slightly lacking. I was wishing for an additional protrusion on the handle, or a motor in the handle itself, which would take care of my clitoris.

As it goes, the Orbito is the perfect vibrator for those wanting a change from phallic vibes, whether you’re straight and after an artistic flair for the toy box or a lesbian who is averse to penis style sex toys.

The toy feels solid, has a lovely velvety soft silicone surface and gives powerful vibration on the top levels. When used inside I didn’t enjoy it as much as when I used it externally – but I found the shape kinda odd for clitoral stimulation. I have bullet vibes, the iGino One or the Swan Whooper that do the job much better!

The Vibe Therapy Orbito would make a great first sex toy, you can slip one ball inside at a time and experiment with different vibration settings thanks to the easy to understand and control push buttons on the handle.

There is a button to turn on and off, with the universal power symbol, and another with a squiggle on it to scroll through the functions. There are three pulsating speeds, three vibrating and one escalating vibration to discover.

When it comes down to it, I don’t have a strong opinion either way about this vibrator. It’s made well, but it’s not top of the range. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s not the most expensive. It makes me orgasm through the highest speed setting when used for clitoral stimulation but when used inside I need additional external stimulation to get me off. It’s not fantastic or crap… it’s just okay.

My advice would be to only buy this if you haven’t used sex toys or vibrators before, as it gives you the internal stimulation from vibrations which would be a great first foray into vibrating stimulation rather than penis penetration or dildos. I’m something of a sex toy veteran so I prefer my njoy Pure Wand, Swan Whooper, LELO sex toys or the iGino One!
