I was recently sent the Tease Board Game, which declares itself as ‘The Liberating Game for Couples and Groups.’
Now, I am not usually one for adult board games and the like, I just want to get down and dirty and get my intended to bed, naked and do filthy and depraved things to them. Foreplay along with that. In fact, my foreplay is a mental build up of anticipation then in the bedroom is quite forward!
However, I approached Tease with an open mind, to give a fair review, as I do with all the products that I try and test.
The game has been well thought out and by its own admission, has been so designed that the players will be naked by the end of the game. Alcohol is involved so make sure you have lots on standby.
This is not a game for the shy. Lap dancing, stripping, kissing and more… it seems to be leading the players directly from the game into bed. For sex. As if that wasn’t clear enough.
The game does seem to be less Tease and more full on tipsy nudity and perfect for swingers.
I am personally happy to play this game with my partners, as I am already sexually familiar with them and they I; however there is no chance of me getting this game out with anyone else.
While trying to play the game I felt uneasy and uncomfortable, less like a tease and more like I was being forced into sexual actions that weren’t of my own initiative. We ended up not finishing a game and just cuddling it off!
The board has been beautifully designed, with pin-up style girls decorating the board, in not even a full on burlesque way but actually like the name of the game, as a Tease.
This is really at odds, in my mind with the fact the game includes getting fully naked with everyone, drinking off any inhibitions and such moves as lick pussy/suck cock. Slightly tacky. As is one of the suggestions for who begins the game, ‘choose by oldest, youngest, biggest tit size etc…’
Biggest tit size? In professional copy? This just made me cringe.
Instead of playing this board game with my partners I think I’d prefer an evening of lovely wines and teasing as only they know how, without the ‘help’ of this ‘game’.
I feel that the title is very misleading as is the packaging. Artwork has been commissioned which is beautiful, elegant and sophisticated, only to be used with a game leading to drunken group sex.
As I have said, if you’re a couple who wants to play a board game before bed, or swingers who are into games, this would probably be perfect. However, it really does nothing for me.
