Pjur Cool Menthol Water Based Sex Lube Review
Just like the rest of the Pjur lubes in the range and in my collection, Pjur Cool lubricant is a high quality, personal lubricant that you can trust in and rely upon for frictionless sex. It’s waterbased so you can use it with any of your sex toys and it doesn’t stain sheets or clothing. it washes off easily after use. You can find my other water based sex lubricant reviews here.
Pjur Cool is one of the newer lubes in the Pjur collection. As the name suggests, it’s a cooling lubricant, so it doesn’t take long after application to the skin to feel the menthol working.
It gives me the shivers as it’s Autumn/Winter now… but I love using cooling lubricants in the summer when there are many hot, sticky nights. Cooling lubricant is also fantastic during anal sex or for use with anal sex toys and butt plugs. It gives you sensational tingles which heighten the often perceived as taboo experience, the anal entrance described as the forbidden garden or territory in a lot of sexual based media.
Pjur Cool lube is safe to use with condoms, odourless and taste free. It gives you a frictionless glide but does have a tendency to evaporate faster than my usual water based lubricant, so I needed to reapply a couple of times during masturbation and use with sex toys. The Pjur Woman Toy Lube lasted longer, in my opinion.
This lubricant isn’t as tingling in its effects as the Ultimate Lube from the Ultimate Range, it’s more of a gentle cooling. So if you find your usual cooling lubricants a bit overpowering for you, try out Pjur Cool as you’re in for a treat.
I have the 30 ml bottle of Pjur Cool lubricant, which I can’t find for sale online, but the 100ml bottle costs £12.99. A reliable, cooling, water-based lubricant which adds a menthol zing to your playtimes.
