Multi speed lady finger vibrator review

This is one of the cheapest vibrators you can buy. The classic Lady Finger Vibrator, costing from about £2.99. It’s plastic, it’s traditional, it’s cheap and it’s battery powered. It is unashamedly and unapologetically BASIC.

But is it any good?

It’s certainly solid feeling, in manufacture. If you want a vibrator that would last through a zombie apocalypse or earthquake, this would likely succeed. It’s not waterproof though, so no flash floods. As it’s plastic, it would take its time melting if your house was on fire. In the event that none of these catastrophes happen, there’s a good chance the Lady Finger vibe will last you a good number of years.

The Lady Finger vibrator is battery powered and requires a AA battery. Simply unscrew the end, slip your AA battery inside (not included) and screw the cap back on good and tight. To switch on, the very end of this cap is its own twist dial; twist up to turn on and experience a more powerful speed of vibration until maximum.

The range of vibration speeds is poor. The scrolling from off mode to maximum vibration is minimal. It’s pretty much on, or off. Not much in the middle.

The shaft of the Lady Finger vibrator has vertical ridges that are not only meant to add to the stimulating effect, they also help you grip the vibrator which is particularly helpful when you’re using lubricant.

As this is a plastic vibrator you can use whichever sex lubricant you like, water based, silicone, oil based, whatever. I’d stick with water based, simply as it’s easy to wash off after use and it evaporates slightly through your session so you’re not left with a great slick to tidy up afterwards.

The Lady Finger isn’t waterproof either, so submerging it in soapy water is out of the question. A wipe down and spritz of anti-bacterial sex toy cleaner is the way to go.

The overall length of the Lady Finger is 5.1 inches by my measurements, with a maximum insertable length of 4.4 inches. The maximum circumference of the vibe is just over 3 inches. Not really enough to fulfil those with a monster vibrator or dildo craving, but good enough for vibe virgins or petite ladies.

Is it powerful? In a word, no. I don’t find it very powerful anyway. When used inside it’s like someone is snoring gently in there and when used on the clit it’s like humping a working fridge. Gentle bzzz. That’s on max. Perhaps those who are unused to vibrators will find it incredibly stimulating. It’s not for me.
