The LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator was sent promptly with professional, discreet packaging. The product itself comes in the, by now, highly familiar LELO packaging: glossy card outer box housing the black lidded box inside. Lift the lid and you reveal the vibrator set into the black cut out housing especially made for this product. Lift the card flap which is embossed with the LELO logo to discover the accessories: LELO mains/wall charger, a sachet of LELO Personal Moisturiser (aka lube), drawstring top storage pouch, warranty card and instruction leaflet.
As with the rest of the LELO vibrator range, the LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator is a rechargeable sex toy. I plugged it in straight away to charge it up ready for use. I left it charging through the night as rechargeable sex toys commonly take anywhere between 6-8 hours to get their first full charge. I’ve read online that it takes 2 hours to charge up usually, after this initial charge. which gives a max of 2 hours constant playtime.
A real bonus with this updated version of the GIGI is that it’s fully waterproof. Not only does this mean you can play with it in the bath or shower, it also makes cleaning it thoroughly between uses entirely hassle-free.
There are two reasons why the LELO GIGI Vibrator remains a popular member of the LELO sex toys family: the size and the shape. Small enough for petite ladies to feel comfortable using it, it’s also carefully crafted to deliver G-spot pleasure thanks to the curve and the rounded, convex head. The non-phallic design will appeal to all women, regardless of relationship status or sexuality. Then there are the colours. The LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator is coated in velvety smooth medical grade silicone and the handle is ABS plastic. The seams connecting the two parts are manufactured well and there are no areas raised which aren’t meant to be.
Functions & Operation
The LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator has four buttons on a circular control area on the handle. There are – and + buttons to the left and right, and up and down arrows to the top and bottom. Press + to turn on the LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator and carry on going to increase the constant vibration intensity.
Pressing up and down will see you scrolling through the vibrating patterns that the LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator has to offer.

Press the – button to reduce the vibrating speed from any of the pattern settings, all the way to the ‘off’ setting to turn off the LELO GIGI 2.
The buttons are easy to press and the circle around the control area lights up thanks to a white LED backlight when the buttons are pressed. This also flashes during the charging period.
Measurements
The LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator is quite a bit smaller than other LELO vibrators such as the LELO IRIS or LELO ELISE 2 vibrator, making it not only appealing to petite ladies but also the right size for G spot stimulation. By my measurements LELO GIGI 2 is 6.25 inches in overall length (direct, not taking curve into account) with an insertable length of 3.75 inches (including curve). The top, convex area to the tip measures 1 x 1.5 inches approximately.
Usage
During use the LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator is easy to power up and control. It’s lightweight, making it comfortable to wield and use, no matter what position you choose to be in; laying down or upright. It’s small and unintimidating enough to be used in combination with couples sex; for example, anal sex, as part of foreplay to tease the clit or to warm yourself up ready for your partner.
The buttons are fairly intuitive: up and down being the functions and side buttons being the vibration strength settings.
I love the fact that it’s waterproof, and that it comes with a storage bag – as indeed, the rest of the LELO range does. The LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator is a silicone sex toy so it needs storing carefully, away from other silicone or soft touch sex toys. You get a sachet of LELO Moisturiser in the box, which I feel is another term for their own water based lubricant. You should only use water based sex lube with silicone sex toys.

The LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator is much less complicated and geeky than the LELO Insignia vibrators range. No remote controls to worry about and no tilt/shake/’reading my mind before I know it’ functions. Just good, new/old-fashioned buttons to press and reliable LELO vibrator motors ready to stimulate me to bliss.
Although the vibration to my G-spot was intensely pleasurable, I found that I could also use the convex pad of the tip to stimulate my clitoris to orgasm too, making the LELO GIGI 2 Vibrator a classy, luxurious, powerful vibrator which is versatile for a variety of sexual situations and needs. I would like to see the top constant speed a little faster, but I know I am spoilt in this regard due to my sex toys addiction and some pretty hefty magic wand usage.
